The Nano is an affordable option for many Indians who cannot afford the typically priced car. Some speculate that the price and availability of the Tata Nano will add even more congestion to the already busy streets of India.

Pretty soon the Nano will be available in the US. The Nano meets all safety and emission regulations and is a great bargain for a car. I think Tata Motors has started a revolutionary trend in producing a car that is affordable to everyone. I think Ford, Honda and other major car manufacturers will start designing their own low-cost cars.
